This episode marks 1 year almost to the day since the end of my 8 year relationship. July 2nd would mark both our anniversary and also the day he moved out. 365 days have gone by since the breakup of the most significant relationship in my life. I knew I would do this episode and I’m really excited to share with you what I’ve learned about myself and how my view of the world has changed as a result of the processing and internal work I’ve done.

While it’s none of your business what I’ve learned about myself, and it’s likely not many people care, I do this because I love getting intimate with you. I love letting you into my life and my mind in hopes that you can better understand yourself and better understand important people in your lives.
