🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I'm celebrating! I vowed to figure out whatever was causing a chronic ailment of mine, which had a major impact on my ability to access Self, and I think I succeeded. Today is day one. It would have persisted another 10 years if not for IFS. (Touched on with Pro Kerpelman.) I finalized the negotiations with my system to devote more resources to it. Not just through IFS, but also for IFS; I need to be well! Thank you, listener, for helping me see how much it matters.
