In this week’s episode Eoin chats with Raquel Baron (@typeoneday).

Raquel is an entrepreneur from Texas but lives in LA. She has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 5 years old.

Raquel is incredibly passionate about managing her own Diabetes, but also hugely passionate about helping others manage their own condition too.

Raquel runs her own business called Type One Together which offers a wide range of support and services for people living with Diabetes, but also for the parents of young children living with Diabetes.

Inside Type One Together, Raquel and her business partner, Amanda, connect T1D children with T1D babysitters, they host The 108 Podcast, they have a T1D grandparents course, and various different courses and guides for living a better life with Type 1 Diabetes.
