In the news section of the show we discuss Keith Krikorian moving to the east coast to become an instructor at Studio 84 BJJ with Jay Regalbuto and we also discussed Amanda Levy receiving her black belt as well.

In the recap section of the show we kick it off with fight to win 170 headline by a title fight between Josh Hinger versus Raphael Formiga Barbosa,we discuss Hinger’s Guillotine top game and sustained pressure coupled with his neck hunting and top position work in the gi. We also discuss Max Gimenez outstanding passing vs Guilherme Augusto and his diverse transition game plus some outstanding transitions from squid guard to top position.

In the matchup between Matheus Luna and Jonnatas Gracie we discuss a nice triangle by Luna that was countered with a flying armbar from Gracie, and the overall sustained pressure that Gracie put on Luna that won him the match.

In the preview section of the show we go off typing the main event for fight to win 171 William Tackett vs. Vagner Rocha we discuss the big implications of this matchup and discuss the veteran savvy of Vagner and how it may play and present difficulties for William Tackett we discussed the potential battle on the feet and question if Tackett will elect to try and go for the feet to level the playing field.  

We also discuss the women's co-main event between Gabby McComb and Tubby Alequin as well as Junny Ocasio bantamweight title fight.

In our preview of Submission Underground 22 we discussed Mason Fowler taking on Andy Varela for the absolute title as well as a few of the other matches on the card.

In the outro section of the show we go completely off the rails with main discussing his back surgery and needlessly purchasing a special edition bright orange NASA Sanabul Gi as well as some of the laughter that led into this very strange post-surgery episode.
