Annie Emmerson takes some time out of her busy schedule to join us on the show. The former ITU triathlete and world duathlon medallist is well known for her commentary on the BBC's triathlon coverage and is preparing for the Mixed Relay Cup in Nottingham and WTS Leeds. She's also a coach for Trisutto, having been coached herself by Brett Sutton in her racing days. Annie's enthusiasm for the sport really shines through during the interview and she hammers home the importance of doing triathlon for fun, especially as Age Groupers with so many other commitments.
