We talk about the rematch of Kade Ruotolo vs Ethan Crelinsten that ended by a definitive D’arce choke and say Kade take the rematch.  We talk about a great showcase of good BJJ in 

Grace Gundrum victory over Alex My Nguyen via back triangle arm lock.  Electric chair sweeps, and a double under attempt to the truck transition that blew Maines mind.  We discuss Nicky Ryan defeating PJ Barch via a very close split decision. Plus discuss Haisam Rida defeating Sloan Clymer via decision, Jessie Crane submission over Lauren Sears via rear naked choke

And Panda Express Andrew Wiltse submission over David Garmo via rear naked choke.
