In the news section of the show we discussed the card lineup for Who Is Number One WNO,  and Gordon Ryan vs Shinya Aoki on ONE FC.  

We discuss WNO featuring Gordon Ryan vs Luiz Panza, we discuss what attributes Panza has and how Gordon will most likely approach the match.   We discuss Vagner Rocha vs Josh Hinger and how it is an outstanding match to be made at under 88 kg.   We discuss an exciting rooster weight matchup between  Mikey Musumeci vs Lucas Pinheiro in a matchup for the number one spot at rooster weight no-gi.   We discussed how this will be a great test for Mikey in his second No-Gi  match in 5 years.

We also discuss Jessica Khan versus Pati Fontes,  in another top-ranked woman's roosterweight bout.  We discuss Oliver Taza versus Jonathan Alvarez, Andrew Tackett versus Michael Galvao, and Nicky Ryan vs Gabriel Almeida, that was announced the morning of this recording.

In the previews section of the show we discuss all of the big name entrants  for the 2021 black belt IBJJF No-Gi Pans.  We talked about potential favorites for the division and discuss some potential bracketing that will occur as well as briefly discuss how we think the implementation of heel hooks will potentially change the format of this event.

In the outro section of the show Josh talks about getting back to work and Maine discusses flying drones and playing Pokemon Snap.
