Is it possible to experience “food freedom” and still be able to reach your goals? Can it be done?
You have goals for your body, and you know that your eating habits play a huge role in the journey to get there. But most eating methods and diets you’ve tried force you to be a slave to the rules. Sadly, your resentment toward “healthy eating” grows and you’re no closer to your goals.
My guest today is the reknowned registered dietitian and personal trainer Clara Collie. She wholeheartedly believes that we were created to be stewards of our body, not slaves to how they look or slaves to complicated eating tactics.
This conversation is a special one for me. As two professionals trying to make a stand in a very dark industry that’s riddled with vanity metrics and dieting pressures, we dig in deep into what it looks like to actually find food freedom. And yes, this applies even if you have weight loss goals.
