Part 2 of Eoin's chat with Vanessa Haydock (@diabetic_health_coach_).

Vanessa is a Type 1 Diabetic living in England, UK. She is a personal trainer, nutrition advisor, life coach, and board certified behaviour analyst (BCBA).

Vanessa was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 3 and admittedly wasn’t always taking care of herself as well as she does now.

Vanessa struggled throughout her teenage years and later received a letter at the age of 18 outlining the fact that she had developed Retinopathy. This was the turning point for Vanessa, and overnight she completely shifted her mindset and approach towards her Diabetes management.

She now speaks to thousands of people through her social media channels and sees her work within the Diabetes world as her ‘vocation in life’.
