Well, well! Thank you to those of you who have been reaching out with questions! In the first half of today's episode I answer, “Have you taken food intolerance tests, which ones and what was your experience with them?” Helping you to understand a few options, if you really need to take them, and what comes after you take them.
The second half of the episode was inspired by the first. I put on my nutrition coaching cap to give a layman’s description of how digestion works. Things that can affect your digestion, outside of food intolerances. And how a little prayer and pause can go a long way.
I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. Having fundamental knowledge of how your body works and moves cultivates better body awareness, which can ultimately lead you to help yourself.
Versus…Scrolling IG after midnight buying a bottle or bag of powder that promises to “solve all your problems”. Hey, we’ve all been there!
I encourage you, during this very hectic and busy time of your life, when your hormones are taking you for a ride, to take back control of your circumstances in just a few minutes a day. Let's organize and prioritize your health!
