So I've been looking through back through the results I shared from my 2015 Suitcase Entrepreneur Survey and then delved deeper into people's individual responses.
One person's question caught my eye for today's Fresh in Fifteen episode as they asked
"How do I get help in my business when I have little or no income or I'm just starting out?".
I love this question because when you are starting out I think you should enlist help from the very beginning since there will be so much you need to focus on, but typically you 'think' you can't afford it.
Heck even as you build and scale your business, hiring the right people or getting help when you need it most is something a lot of people really struggle with.
In this podcast I cover off on 5 ways to get help that won't break your piggy bank!
One of these ways is making a specific ask for help. When I ran my $100 Change Initiative, I reached out to 120 influencers to get them to give me their advice on how to create change in a few paragraphs or less.
This is the first time that I reached out and asked for help and I got inundated with great responses from them to put in the $100 Change program and guide.
Another benefit that came from that was people reaching out to volunteer their time and energy to help with the design of the book or in editing all the responses, and it really blew me away.
So don't underestimate the power of asking for help, and listen in now to find out 4 others ways I suggest you go about enlisting help that will cost you little or nothing!
