Age grouper Joe Spraggins recently qualified for Kona, taking 3rd place in the 25-29 age group - despite being hit by a car during the bike leg! We catch up with Joe to hear the story of his triathlon journey - from someone who was 'rubbish as sport at school' in his own words, but has dedicated himself to consistent training over time, and has now managed to book his slot to the Big Island!
