#2 Setting Men Up To Win

The intention of this show is to bring together men and women in harmony and honor each other's masculine and feminine energetic cores for healthy, thriving polarized relationships.

In this episode of For the Love of Men we discuss:

Empowered Men want to win. They are wired to compete and he wants to win with you (i.e. making you smile= green flag to healthy men) Focal Point: be honest about what makes you happy (not to get something from him).

When he makes you happy, it feels vulnerable to let him see it, and yet this is how healthy men know to move toward you. Focal point: get clear (within yourself) about what you need to feel your happiest. Tune into what have/are doing when you feel happy. Start to share that with your partner so they can support you get more of it.

Set people around you up to win by clearly asking what you want. Reveal your heart. This helps people feel at ease around you because they aren’t using their energy to guess what you want. The joy of giving a gift is how the other person receives it. Focal Point: It’s an ongoing conversation (with yourself) to clarify for people around you what makes you happy. Learn how to soften into believing that (empowered) people want you to be happy (and contribute to it).

Let go of the outcome. Focal Point: When you start practicing feeling happy more often, sharing about it becomes it’s own source of happiness so it is easier to let the chips fall where they may.

We are most attracted to people we feel good about ourselves being around. Letting men see how happy you are (innately and as a result of their actions) around them, is what makes them feel charged up by you and want to keep investing time to be with you. Focal Point: Practice dropping your guard when you feel happy and notice how the situation plays out differently.
