My guests in this episode are Thomas and Tim Black from Napali Capital. Napali is a strategic asset management company focused on creating passive income streams for their investors. Composed of a group of individuals possessing 50+ years of combined professional and business expertise, they employ a selective process to structure top-notch investment opportunities. Tom is a board certified physician in Emergency Medicine. Prior to matriculation to medical school, he worked for Wells Fargo Financial overseeing residential mortgage loans. He and his wife, Micaela, who is a licensed realtor in Texas, have owned numerous single and multi family assets and are well-versed in foreclosure acquisitions. The couple has designed, developed, and stabilized “A” class multifamily assets in Texas. Tom is an active blogger in the healthcare community and passionate about translating high-income earners into high net worth individuals through passive real estate investing. Tim has spent his 30-year career at Six Flags Theme Parks and Great Wolf Resorts. Throughout this 30-year span, Tim became well versed in operations, strategic planning, marketing, sales, revenue management and real estate development. He is the former Chief Operating Officer for Great Wolf Resorts, which owns 14 Resort properties in North America.
