Eoin is always encouraging you to get in touch as it is a huge part of the podcast. And this week Caitriona responds to an email Eoin sent out through his weekly email list.

Caitriona got in contact to say that one of Eoin's emails gave her the confidence to be patient and treat her bloods in a calm manner. She is only a year diagnosed but after waking up low, she used the information from Eoin's email as a nudge to not act emotionally.
