Aron and Luke go over the dates and details for the 2023 Best of the Best.  They also do a little catching up since with everything going on in each others lives.  Luke is preparing to head to London for the UFC 286 to be in Justin Gaethje's corner and Aron is staying busy here at Kifaru with a variety of new upcoming products!  Great time catching up with these two!
