In this episode, you’ll walk away with a plan of action to help you up-level as a yoga teacher. As this episode is being recorded in December, 2024, it’s a great time to set new goals for your development as a yoga teacher for next year. However, the goals you’ll discover when you listen to this episode are timeless and you can experiment with them any time of the year.

I then go on to share a re-cap of the prior episode, Episode 326, where I interviewed Helene Whitfield, the Chief Visionary Officer of the newly formed G.O.Y.A, the Global Online Yoga Association.
