So what the heck is Periscope you may be asking, why is everyone sending hearts, and how on earth can I use this new 'darling' of social media to build my business?

Great questions! I too have been looking for the answers and as part of my quest I decided to run the 30 Day Periscope Challenge for the entire month of October.

I'm basically turning up every day to do a short live broadcast on Periscope with one tip or strategy you can apply to life, business or your mindset. Follow me on @nataliesisson
