[2:50] - First, we need to take a look back at 2023, even if we don't want to.
[3:35] - If you haven't already, listen to the previous episode (episode 204) for an exercise to clean up the previous year.
[5:07] - Anchor in what we want to stay and let go of what needs to leave.
[6:59] - We're going to live this year breath by breath.
[8:00] - We have to love what is, but we are also co-creators.
[10:31] - Start with movement.
[12:05] - Then sit in silence for a little bit. Breathe intentionally.
[13:54] - For some people, journaling or freewriting is a valuable next step. Write out the completely unrealistic dreams in detail.
[16:15] - During this activity, you will see where you judge yourself and hold yourself back. Just notice it.
[19:36] - If you don't have a word, you'll at least have a theme. We have to anchor it in and it has to be in the positive.
[21:03] - How does it feel to be the person in your dreams?
