Cindy Chou is an international yoga and mindfulness teacher, writer, and explorer of life.  She's had a successful career in tech and recently graduated with a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.  She identifies as a global citizen and described the pillars of what drives her as the universal truths of being human, connection, and love; with a desire to make her life's work to impact positivity in people's lives at scale.
