The NEW YEAR is officially here! But before you jump in and set a bunch of health and fitness goals for the year, you need to listen to this one.

On today’s episode, I’m going to walk you through the 3 most common mistakes that I see people making all the time when they’re setting goals.

If you don’t avoid these mistakes:

  • You simply won’t reach your body goals this year at all (bummer),
  • OR…it will be an incredibly difficult journey with lots of unnecessary moments of “careening out of control” along the way.
