This is week is very special week for entrepreneurs because it's Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), 16-22 November.

Global Entrepreneurship Week is a celebration of the innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare.

To celebrate being an entrepreneur - one of the most challenging yet rewarding roles you'll ever have, I asked several entrepreneurs to answer the following three questions, plus I reveal my own answers:

1) What being an entrepreneur means to you
2) Your top tip on how you stay motivated in times of doubt or fear
3) The best thing about being an entrepreneur
