After winning the pitch for Jenny Craig, she was offered the position of Managing Director of the ailing Jenny Craig business in 2008. She left advertising and embarked on a 3 year turnaround plan that revitalised the brand (from Magda to Mel B) and resulted in the sale of the ANZ Jenny Craig franchise to Nestle in 2011 for over $50 million. She continued on as CEO Australia and NZ working for Nestle for two more years, and was promoted to Global CMO of Jenny Craig creating campaigns for US and UK, France and ANZ.
She left in February 2013 and established Rise Productions, a marketing and brand strategy consultancy designed to grow and revitalize brands. Her first clients included Dineamic, Big Bash (Cricket Australia), Target and Swisse.
She then met Simon Crowe and took on a full time role as Head of Marketing and Brand at Grill'd in February 2015, during such visits her mandate was to revitalize the brand, overhaul the restaurant design and redefine healthy burgers to drive product innovation that drive sales and the reputation of healthy burgers.
She continues to consult to Grilld on brand and now works in marketing, innovation and brand revitalization with clients such as Boundary Bend, Maitland Meat, DAA, and the business she is a part owner of Dineamic that makes healthy meals for busy people.
