In this episode which is Part 3 of 3 on Inseason training, Brian and Dean go into how to prep your teams for the end of the season. They also share information on training kids who are in individual sports vs team sports. Knowing your athletes is key to making sure you finish the season strong. Coaches and athletes remember EVERY season is different so you can't copy and paste what you did last year and think you will get the same results. Coaches remember sending consistent messages is the key for athlete buy in. Lastly- More is NOT always better at the end of the year. Remember coaches if you panic your kids will panic.
