In today’s episode Eoin talks about a recent run he went on, and how he used the “time of day” to help manage his blood sugar throughout the exercise.
When we exercise, it’s important to consider; active insulin in our system, food we’ve eaten, duration of exercise etc, when we want to stay stable during the session.
Eoin uses the example in this episode of how we can “skip” those considerations during certain times of day, and still stay in range during exercise.
