2018 23,112km Pan-American solo 97 days (cutting a month off previous record)
2019 18,000km North Cape, Norway, to Cape Town, South Africa 72 days (again, a month off previous record)
The film of Cape to Cape will be out in September 2020.
Coronavirus permitting, Jonas attempt the world's longest triathlon record in 2020 which will take him around the globe.
