As men we practice low tolerance of our own BS grumpy moods with our customers, boss, neighbours, friends etc. They get our highest standard communication.

Then we go home and practice super high tolerance of our BS grumpy moods with our Queen and children. Our nearest and dearest get our lowest standard of communication.

Low tolerance = high standards. High tolerance = low standards.

The rules of this super simple game sets the scene for only your highest standards of communication and emotional state to come to the table.

It's a super fun and brutally effective way to show up as the King you were born to become.
