About Kyle:

THANK YOU, EVERYONE!!! My name is Kyle (AKA - K Ruggs The Soberdog). I'm a recovering drug addict. Heroin, Cocaine, Weed, Oxy's, Alcohol, and anything else you can think of, I did. My addiction took me to depths I never imagined possible. I ended up spending 4 years of my life in NY state prison, and over a year of my prison time was in solitary confinement. I spent years being ashamed of my past. I hid and avoided talking about addiction, prison, and even recovery. When I came to terms with my past, I realized all of us addicts have so much to offer the world.
