At some point in our lives, personal or professional most of us can admit that we have uttered the words, “Yes, but…” I’ve done it and I’ve certainly had it said in response to something I’ve said. Today I’m here to hopefully convince you that changing your “Yes, but” statement will take your skills as an educator and your student’s successes to the next level.
