There's one asset in running a business, that if you've got it, you should flaunt it.
And that is credibility baby.
Getting it in the first place, and growing it though, takes time, integrity and consistency. And I feel there are too few people (especially in 'my online space') that live and breathe credibility.
Selling your products and services (especially online) means that you and your business needs to be trustworthy, authoritative and most importantly, credible.
That's even more important when you are competing against hundreds of other online businesses for your customers money and you have a product or service that is extremely similar to your competitors. Then it comes down to who's got more credibility.

Natalie is super easy to listen to, with great ideas which are easy to put in to practice, as well as wonderful action guides. Her "fresh in fifteen" have great quick bites of information, and the full ones have great guests who are great to listen to with a wonderfully forward thinking way of looking at life and work. Every time I listen I come away with idea that I can integrate in to my business or life plan to make it even more "sweet", and the action plans are an invaluable tool.
