GIN AND TONIC RECIPE: 

• 2oz/60ml GIN
• 4oz/120ml TONIC WATER

Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin. Top with tonic water and gently stir. Garnish with two lime wheels, or other seasonal garnishes.
