Meaningless group chats? Bin it off.

Toxic friends & nights out that goes absolutely nowhere? Bin it off. 

Monk mode is more about removing the clutter in your life than it is about adding some goodness into it. 

This single action alone can realign you & put you on the path to success in a matter of weeks.
