  • E: Not ok to mess up, to drop the ball, to not show up w people, to disappoint. (Maybe not the main driver of this protector)

    Must.. resists.. adhd.. coaching! Maybe I should make a separate podcast. : p

    I really appreciated that we both didnā€™t insist on digging for exiles. The books say protectors only exist because of exiles. Maybe true, but I donā€™t know why it would have to be. We all have different systems. Parts work doesnā€™t have to involve grieving.
    Im not expressing much emotion, and our topic of exploration isnā€™t evoking much emotion from her. Chicken or egg?
