According to research, vacations can also increase depression and trigger relationship break-ups. And why do we degenerate into being children again and react to others in a way that we regret? Anne Bland shares her five Tantric Tips on how to enjoy happy holidays whether you are a solo traveler, have a vacation with a lover, or have multigenerational holidays. They are, firstly, being more and doing less in your holiday; secondly, breathing by concentrating on your exhale if you feel anxious, sad, or triggered; thirdly, self-pleasuring and taking "me-time" to look after your own pleasure, energy, and happiness; fourthly, getting into the flow states by going outside your comfort zone; and fifthly, getting bored with others so that you can flourish, thrive, and have fun.
