This week on the show Maine and Zak discuss ADCC 2022 matches that they want to see, and Grappling Rewind recent trip to Omaha Nebraska to interview and train with John Hansen. Plus a brief discussion of Fury Grappling. 

In the intro of the show we discuss the rigorous training schedule of the weekend in Nebraska, and the general lack of sleep on the trip.

In the ADCC preview section of the show we take a look at all the divisions for the 2022 world championships starting with -66, -77, -88, -99, +99, and -60, and +60 and the superfight and talk about potential divisional matchups and matchups that we want to see in general regardless of potential bracketing. 

In the outro section of the show we discussed the community impact of ADCC and a hundred high level camps worldwide happening at once plus the ADCC open camps taking place for over 1000 competitors and how this brings the level of the sport up so much every 2 years.
