In the recap fo Grapplefest 13 we talked about Jacob Couch beating Silviu Nastasa by Decision after hunting the false reap from the guard.  In the Mens openweight we discussed John Hansen out positioning Arya Esfandmaz to a definitive Decision with a wrestle up and multiple passes of the guard and knee on belly rides and mounts throughout the match.  In the recap of Ashley Williams vs Sean Stewart  we talked about the leg lock entries of Ash and the Trarkoplata attempt early in the match that lead to a dominate decision victory for Ash.  

In the F2W 210 recap we discussed the main event of the card.

In the outro section of the show the hosts discussed the upcoming UWW world championships, and coaching and teaching classes locally.
