Carolina Saldarriaga is a certified fertility awareness educator, Mama Rising Facilitator, and the visionary behind 'Tus Reglas'. Even as a pioneer in the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM), nothing could fully prepare Carolina for the emotional and practical hurdles of motherhood - that is, until she found out about Matrescence.

In this beautiful biographical episode, Carolina passionately advocates for introducing "matrescence" in Spanish, envisioning a future where this transformative concept becomes a societal norm.
