This week I want to share with you something that I have started doing this year that has been immensely helpful in my business and life. It is a tool I teach inside Attention Audit Accelerator. 

It is called seasonal values. 

Seasonal values are different from what I would consider your core values. Core values are ones that you are born with. They’ve been innate all your life. 

Seasonal values are intentionally decided values for a certain period of time.

I like to decide values for a year, or wherever you can feel a definite break up in the flow. For example, maybe the seasonal value you hold for the summer months is completely different than the value you hold for the fall and holiday seasons.
