We are what we believe, think, and choose.
Crazy, right?
It's both scary and powerful because, on one hand, we're in complete control and have the power to create whatever we want. On the other hand, if we let our thoughts run wild and don't check in to make sure we agree with them, we could be inadvertently creating the exact life we don't want.
When we were younger, we didn't really get to choose what we were exposed to. But, as we get older we do get to choose. We get to stop our thoughts and beliefs in their tracks and question them, challenge them, and change them to align with what really works for us.
In today’s Fresh in Fifteen episode, I look at Cynthia Howard's 4 Steps to Master Your Mindset and chat about how to apply these principles to life and business.
