In the preview section of the show we discuss the UFC invitational featuring a rematch between Gordon Ryan and Vinny Magalhaes, we discuss the changes in Gordons game since their 2018 ACBJJ Match and how Vinny has looked recently.  We also preview the Mens Absolute Tournament featuring Nicky Rod, Mason Fowler, Hasim Rida, Pat Shangoli, Andy Varela, Oliver Taza, Richie Martinez and Patrick Gaudio.  Plus Bia Mesquita Vs Miesha Tate.

In the recap section of the show we discuss and break down the 2022 IBJJF No Gi worlds for the Black Belt Adult Mens and Women's divisions.  We discuss the changes to the enforcement of the rules in IBJJF and how the introduction of reaping leg locks, including heel hooks has changed the skill set and landscape of the Black Belt divisions.
