Dennis R Deaton is Co-founder of Quma Learning Systems and a nationally known leadership trainer, motivational speaker and award-winning author. His book, Ownership Spirit: The One Grand Key that Changes Everything Else, was the 2009 National Best Books Award Winner in the Business Motivational category.Brother Deaton has held numerous leadership positions in the Church including Bishop and Counselor in a Stake Presidency.
