My guests are Tamara Myles and Wesley Adams and they’re here to talk about their research on meaning and well-being at work.
Tamara is a meaningful work and productivity expert who helps organizations design systems and create cultures which enable individuals and teams to thrive. She is the author of The Secret to Peak Productivity: A Simple Guide to Reaching Your Personal Best, as well an international speaker & she has a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania - When she is not speaking and consulting, Tamara enjoys traveling, reading, learning to play the guitar, and most of all being a chauffer and passionate cheerleader for her 3 children’s many sports teams.
Wesley is the leader of SV Consulting Group where he works with companies on organizational transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement through the lens of meaningful work. He’s a speaker, consultant and was an early employee at the social impact agency Purpose where he helped the globe’s leading organizations leverage technology to build some of the world’s largest social movements for positive change. He’s also garnering multiple James Beard Award nominations, has produced a documentary for HBO, and a book highlighting leaders in the sustainability space, I Am EcoWarrior. He also holds a Masters from University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology.
And together they’re here to talk about their qualitative research interviewing leaders in some of the top companies who focus on meaning and well-being at work.
