Infertility has traditionally been thought of as a concern that affects mainly women. However, it is now well established that about one third of infertility cases are actually due to the male factor. In today's episode, Im going to flip the script, and share the male side of fertility and why I believe its essential for men to not only get their sperm tested, but to also be proactive on optimizing his sperm health in the preconception stage.
