In the news section we discuss two announced matchups with Kaynan Duarte vs Nicholas Meregali on WNO in No-Gi, and Craig Jones Vs Felipe Pena on UFC fight pass invitational. 

In the recap section we break down the entire main card of Polaris 24.  

We run through the Welterweight Title with Mateusz Szczecinski submitting Jed Hue with a Straight Ankle Lock in 43 seconds after a counter back take catch. 

We recap the Lightweight Title where Ethan Crelinsten won a strong decision over Nathan Orchard with a phenomenal mount game and smother attempts. We recap Dinu Bucalet close decision over Ollie Webb, and the leg lock attack in the Eoghan O’Flanagan vs Hunter Colvin match that Eoghan took by decision.  We talk about the somewhat controversial submission win for Jason Rau over Matty Holmes by an Armbar, and possible tap or verbal tap, and talk about Rau passing and triangle transition game. In the Keith Krikorian vs Tom Halpin we talk about the Rear Naked Choke finish after a great pass from Keith after countering a front headlock, and then passing straight to the back after a great re-guard from Halpin.  We also briefly discuss Martina Zola decision win over Rosie Clarke. 

In the Outro Maine talks about going to Dallas this weekend to Judge for ADCC at the ADCC Dallas Open.
