Oftentimes, the recovery journey begins with crisis. Pornography or unwanted sexual behavior negatively impacts our lives and relationships and we know change is needed. But as the recovery journey progresses, crisis can diminish. When that happens, motivation for the journey changes. Today, we’re joined by Ben Bennett (leader of Resolution Movement and author of Free To Thrive and Living Free) to talk through how recovery changes after the first year. We talk through the shift from a sobriety mindset to overall health, how motivation changes, the importance of self-care, and tools necessary for long-term sexual health.
