"I think the research is becoming clearer and clearer that actually anyone can be a more effective leader. So whether you're in a leadership role now or whether you aspire to being one or even if you're not even thinking about being one, you don't think you have the skills to be one, anyone can be an effective leader but it really starts with understanding what your strengths are and what your weaknesses are and how to how to adapt to particular circumstances." - Ryne Sherman
With tough macroeconomic times and generational changes in terms of what's wanted in leadership and teams , Jayson and Ryne are exploring this topic more. Plus, they talk about the history of leadership, how we went off course and are trying to get back on course and what sort of anthropology and sociology and social psychology and personality psychology can tell us about that.
