According to Psychologist Amy Wine, there are 3 Phases of Crisis, and every person in the country is sitting in one of them.  I couldn't help but think about the state of education and how knowing where teachers are is so critical. This information brought a lot of clarity for me, and I wanted to pass it on to you.
