Joanna is a BABCP accredited senior CBT and EMDR therapist with 4 degrees in psychology and psychotherapy and over 15 years of clinical experience. She has previously worked as a therapist at the NHS, university counselling services and forensic services. 

Currently she treats adults and children at her private practice where she offers online sessions. She is also a creator of online courses (links below): Re-Invent Yourself by Boosting Self-Esteem - helping people to become confident and let themselves shine; and How to Change Your Mindset to Attract a Suitable Partner - helping women to overcome patterns (often unconscious) of choosing inappropriate partners. 

Joanna’s areas of expertise include treating: trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem and helping her clients increase their happiness levels. 

Joanna is passionate about helping people to heal and rebuild their lives so they can enjoy life and achieve their full potential. She is a strong believer that, with the right guidance you can change your life at any stage! You don’t have to be stuck living your life that just simply doesn’t work for you.
