🔹 Part (Location, Fear, Rather be doing, Age, Needs):

- An older part named Will, who seems to have something to do with this pain in the chest. - He's afraid if he doesn't act as shield or freeze, they'll be hurt. - He'd rather be playing, loving, and protecting and a positive way - Thinks Will (caller) is 10 - Needs to be acknowledged, and to know he's not out of a job!

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:

I was working on getting very clear on target part, because sometimes I stumble past that, or feel I am too suggesting of it. I was able to explain that to him not wanting to start w 3 year old part, but yielded to his decision to. I think it went well, and when I was unsure, I felt ok about 1. pointing that out and 2. putting it into a question, letting him lead.
