Flow Breathwork Facilitator Student Spotlight Series   Meet Teddie Hill @healwithteddie   Teddie is a Wellness Coach who helps people heal, regulate their emotions, and find joy. She teaches a wellness program in her local prison and works as outreach director at a free clinic. She works to make healing spaces accessible to BIPOC communities   Teddie says:   -Breathwork changed my life in ways that I've never seen before from the way I viewed myself, to the way I viewed the world around me. I decided to teach because I knew other people needed this information and didn't know how to search for it.
